I have problem with the download

We provide zip file to download and extract with password protect. In MAC, may be you are not able to extract zip file, so that time we deliver theme/extension by FTP.

 

What will be included in my purchased products?

If you have purchased themes, we will provide magento theme package, Fonts and PSD (Photoshop files). You don't need instruction manual, because we provide free installation. But if you still need guide you can contact our live support for any questions.
