There are many email address where our email server not support outgoing mail server, so better you provide us another email address if you haven't receive any email from us. I have problem with the download

We provide zip file to download and extract with password protect. In MAC, may be you are not able to extract zip file, so that time we deliver theme/extension by FTP.
