TemplateMela grants you following three kind of possible license to use the products (the "products"). The Products Sold through our website with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by TemplateMela, as follows:
- a) SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE
- If you purchase products at Single Domain License, then you may be granted a one time use on single domain. You are able to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You can modify template as per your requirement but can not resell our products. You have to purchase the same product again if you want to use the same on or with other projects.
- b) MULTI-DOMAIN/DEVELOPERS LICENSE
- In case you want to buy more then one domain then you can use this license. If you are designer/developer you may be need this kind of license to offer your customers. May be using this kind of license you are permitted to modify our product and offer your customer. It needs to use more then Single Domain then we can offer special price for you. You are permitted to use the product on multi- domains after the receiving the license as per agreement. You can not distribute or resell templates after purchase at this license. You can apply for the multi-domain license at support@templatemela.com
- c) BUYOUT/UNIQUE PURCHASE LICENSE
- In the case if you wanted to have your own product and do not want us to sell again on our website, then you can purchase product with Buyout License. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase, the template is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not distribute or resale templates after purchase at this license.

SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE
- 1. What is single domain license?
- If you purchase products at Single Domain License, then you may be granted a one time use on single domain. You are able to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You can modify template as per your requirement but can not resell our products. You have to purchase the same product again if you want to use the same on or with other projects.
- 2. Can I resell the templatemela product at single domain license?
- No, you can not resell any templatemela product under this license.
- 3. Can I customize templatemela products?
- Yes, you can customize the templatemela products to any any additional requirements. You can mot use multiple products mixedup with eachother.
- 4. Will you guide / help me to customize template?
- We do not provide any instructions or help on template customization , but you can use our help center http://www.templatemela.com/help/ . If you can not customize the template we recommend to hire us or other company from our job board http://www.templatemela.com/jobs/ where you can post related jobs like template customization, additional plugins or programming.
- 5. Can I resell the template after customized?
- No, you can not resell the template after customized. But you can sell your customer as project under single domain license.
- 6. Are there any restrictions for using images, cliparts and fonts from the template I purchased?
- All images, fonts and clipart icons used in our products are royalty-free and are the part of products. You can use images, fonts and clipart icons to develop one project only. Any kind of distribution or separate usage is prohibited.
- 7. I would like to add copyright, can I place Copyright 2010 mycompanyname.com ?
- Yes, you can add your own copyright to protect your content after customized our template.
- 8. Can I use the logo to design any other corporate identity?
- Yes, you can use logo to design any other corporate identity but you can use it only for one company.
- 9. Can I change/place my logo on template?
- Yes, you can change/place logo on our templates.
MULTI-DOMAIN /DEVELOPER LICENSE
- 1. What is a multi-domain / developer license?
- In case you want to buy more then one domain then you can use this license. If you are designer/developer you may be need this kind of license to offer your customers. May be using this kind of license you are permitted to modify our product and offer your customer. It needs to use more then Single Domain then we can offer special price for you. You are permitted to use the product on multi- domains after the receiving the license as per agreement. You can not distribute or resell templates after purchase at this license. You can apply for the multi-domain license at support@templatemela.com
- 2. What is the price to get the multi-domain / developer licence?
- We have not set any price for the multi-domain / developer license. The price depends on the number of domain you want to used on. To get the price of multi-domain license you have to ask at support@templatemela.com with on how many domains you would like to use the product.
- 3. Are there any discounts if I'm buying more then one templates/products?
- Please email to support@templatemela.com with your inquiries.
- 4. Can I resell the templates If I bought the multi-domain / developer license ?
- No, you can not resell any templatemela product under this license.
- 5. Will the product be removed from TemplateMela catalog ?
- No, the product will not be removed from TemplateMela catalog.
- 6. In what cases I need and I don't need the multi-domain / developer license?
- In case you would like to customize our products for your customers on single domain, you don't need any this license. The only thing is when you start your projects based on the same product, you have to purchase this product over again for every project it is used for. If you want to use our product to offer more then one domain/customers you can buy this license.
BUYOUT/UNIQUE PURCHASE LICENSE
- 1. What is buyout/unique purchase license?
- In the case if you wanted to have your own product and do not want us to sell again on our website, then you can purchase product with Buyout License. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase, the template is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not distribute or resale templates after purchase at this license.
- 2. Can I resell the templatemela product at buyout/unique purchase license?
- No, you can not resell any templatemela product under this license.
The questions those are not listed under MULTI-DOMAIN /DEVELOPER LICENSE or MULTI-DOMAIN /DEVELOPER LICENSE are the same as desribed in SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE. Means the questions not asked under MULTI-DOMAIN /DEVELOPER LICENSE or MULTI-DOMAIN /DEVELOPER LICENSE have the same answers as SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE
